A looming provocation? Turkey, Syria and the refugees

It seems that neither Turkey or Saudi Arabia are very happy with the Obama-Putin agreement in Syria. They are not also happy with the emergence of Iran as a dominant player in the region.

Are they going to escalate their reactions? In which form? Who is in a position to encourage them?

In analyzing the situation in the Middle East, one has not to forget the existence of different centers and strategies at the very center of the western establishment. It is more than clear that Obama and Brzezinski are often in clear opposition to the neoconservatives and vice-versa, at least regarding the Middle Eastern policy.
