The Turkish president says Turkey will continue diplomatic efforts to reverse Trump’s ‘null’ decision

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday that the U.S. has become a “partner in bloodshed” with their decision to recognizeJerusalem. He said he believes the Organization of Islamic Cooperation meeting on Jerusalem this week will be a turning point.

Turkey has been strongly critical of the U.S. decision to recognize Jerusalem as capital of Israel. On Sunday, Erdogan said Turkey would continue its diplomatic efforts to reverse Trump’s announcement, which he calls “null.”
