Spain: Rubber bullets against workers in Cadiz as metal sector strike enters 9th day

Riot police engaged in skirmishes with striking metal workers in Cadiz on Wednesday, eventually resorting to the use of rubber bullets.

Approximately 30,000 workers of Cadiz’s metal industry sector began an indefinite strike last Tuesday, demanding a wage increase and improved working conditions.
