This afternoon, the Boeing 767-338(ER) aircraft with tail number 4X-ISR, used exclusively for the transportation of Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Herzog, landed at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, according to the flightradar24 platform.
This presidential aircraft of the Israeli leadership is activated during critical moments of military and political operations. We recall that it was also used during Israel’s latest attack on Iran (October 2023).
Its arrival today raises serious questions:
Is Greece hosting Netanyahu, who is accountable for genocide and war crimes, or is the aircraft using Greek aviation infrastructure for safe parking to protect itself from potential retaliation by Iran?
If Netanyahu is on board, how can Greece—a member of the UN and a signatory to the International Criminal Court Treaty—welcome Israeli government officials while an international arrest warrant is pending against them?
The presence of the “Wing of Zion” in Athens once again confirms the strategic depth and geopolitical cover that Greece provides to the murderous state of Israel. From ports and bases to airspace and operational facilitation, Greece is becoming an extension of Israel’s war machine.
We demand:
- No diplomatic, military, or economic assistance to Israel or to leaders accused of genocide!
- Immediate termination of all forms of military cooperation between Greece and Israel!
- Respect for International Law and the principles of accountability!
- Immediate sanctions on Israel to stop the genocide, ethnic cleansing, and occupation of Palestine!
- Immediate sanctions on Israel to stop its wars against countries in the region!
- Freedom for Palestine!
