Palestinian Resistance factions mourned the leader of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon – Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, as a martyr on the path to liberating al-Quds and the sacred Al-Aqsa Mosque in Palestine.

The revolutionary leader, Sayyed Nasrallah, was martyred in a brutal air raid on the Southern Suburb of Beirut, launched by the Israeli regime on Friday.

Sayyed Nasrallah’s role in supporting Palestine and leading Lebanon’s confrontation with the expansive Israeli project was acknowledged by Palestinian Resistance factions, which underlined his steadfast decision to support the Palestine and the Gaza Strip, despite the consequences of the stance.

Hamas: US bears the responsibility for Zionist terrorism

The Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas mourned Sayyed Nasrallah and his fellow comrades who were martyred in the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, saying that “they fought on the path to al-Quds and in support of the steadfast Palestinian people.”

“We extend our heartfelt condolences, solidarity, and sympathy to the Lebanese people, our brothers in Hezbollah, and the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon,” a statement released on Saturday read.

Hamas underlined that the Israeli regime committed a “cowardly terrorist act and a heinous massacre,” when it carpet bombed the suburb of Lebanon’s capital, Beirut.

“[The Israeli regime] remains a rogue entity, showing blatant disregard for all values, norms, and international conventions, threatening global peace and security amid international silence, impotence, and complicity,” Hamas underlined.

Hamas stressed that the US administration also “bears responsibility” for the heinous crime, pointing out its “continued political, diplomatic, military, security, and intelligence support” for the Israeli regime.

A light that will pave the way for the region’s people

The movement recalled the leader’s “lifetime of sacrifice for the liberation of al-Quds and the sacred al-Aqsa Mosque,” his “honorable stances in support of the Palestinian people,” and his “unwavering commitment to the continued backing” of Palestinians and their Resistance, especially in the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood.

The Palestinian Resistance faction reaffirmed its “absolute solidarity” with Hezbollah, stressing that it stands united with Lebanese Resistance fighters.

“[The pure blood of martyrs in Lebanon and Palestine] is the light that will pave the way for our people and Resistance, who know no defeat or surrender,” Hamas underscored.

Al-Qassam Brigades: Sayyed Nasrallah offered his life in sacrifice to al-Aqsa Mosque

In a separate statement, Hamas’ military wing, al-Qassam Brigades, noted martyr Sayyed Nasrallah’s role in developing relations between the Resistance in Lebanon and in Palestine.

“He firmly rejected any cessation of support for Gaza, despite the immense sacrifices made by Lebanon and Hezbollah, including their fighters and leaders,” al-Qassam Brigades stressed.

“This commitment culminated in him offering his life as a sacrifice for Al-Aqsa, intertwining his blood with that of the martyrs of Palestine and their heroic leaders,” Hamas’ military wing underlined, adding that such actions exemplified the highest form of solidarity with the Palestinian Resistance.

PIJ: We take pride in the legacy left behind by the towering Resistance figure

“With pride, honor, and full acceptance of God’s decree, and with complete trust in God’s promise to grant victory to his faithful servants, we mourn to our dear Palestinian people, and to the Arab and Islamic nation, the martyrdom of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah,” the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement said.

The movement explained that despite the feelings of “pain and bitterness” resulting from the “loss of a towering Arab and Islamic Resistance figure,” the PIJ takes great pride in the legacy left behind by martyr Sayyed Nasrallah.

Hezbollah’s martyred Secretary-General left behind “tens of thousands of fighters, cadres, and leaders,” who were brought up “on his path, on the path of martyrdom and Palestine.”

The movement said that Sayyed Nasrallah never backed out of supporting and aiding the Palestinian people, “a stance rarely seen,” it highlighted.

Just like the martyrdom of leaders before him, the PIJ said that Sayyed Nasrallah’s martyrdom would add to the “resolve and determination” of the Resistance.

“The Resistance forces in Lebanon, Palestine, and the entire region will make the enemy pay the price for its crimes and taste defeat as a result of its sinful actions, sooner rather than later,” it stressed.

PFLP: Sayyed of martyrs, an inspiration to an entire generation

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) echoed the sentiments of fellow Resistance factions, mourning the “Sayyed [Master] of Martyrs and the inspiration of an entire generation, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, ‘Abu Hadi’.”

It is worth noting that Sayyed Nasrallah’s eldest son, Hadi, was martyred during a fierce battle with Israeli occupation forces in Iqlim al-Tuffah, in then-occupied South Lebanon, on September 12, 1997.

The PFLP said that Sayyed Nasrallah was martyred in a “cowardly Zionist assassination ploy,” which was “coordinated and planned with the criminal American enemy.”

“Palestine, Lebanon, the entire nation, and the global liberation movement have lost an exceptional leader and a symbol of Arab and revolutionary resistance worldwide,” the PFLP statement read.

Expressing its deep solidarity with Hezbollah, the Lebanese people, and the Axis of Resistance, the Front said that Sayyed Nasrallah’s martyrdom “marks the beginning of a new phase for the Resistance.”

It explained that this phase will see a Resistance force “stronger and more determined” to continue Sayyed Nasrallah’s path.

“His clear imprint can be seen in the victories of the Lebanese Resistance, especially the July 2006 victory and the expulsion of the Zionist occupation from southern Lebanon in 2000,” the PFLP recalled.

The front pledged to the martyred leader that the response to his assassination would “match the magnitude of the crime itself.”

Abu Ali Mustapha Brigades

In a statement issued during this “critical juncture” in the ongoing battle, the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, the PFLP’s military wing, vowed to continue its Resistance against the “treacherous and cowardly” Israeli enemy, emphasizing that the recent attacks will only strengthen their resolve.

“The enemy is mistaken if they believe our defenses have collapsed. Our fortifications remain strong, upheld by the determination and resilience of our people and Resistance forces,” the statement emphasized.

The Brigades also extended its solidarity to the Lebanese people, specifically praising Hezbollah’s leadership, fighters, and supporters.

“We salute the souls of those whose sacrifices have lit the way to freedom and independence, paving the path to al-Quds,” the statement read. The group reiterated their commitment to armed resistance, stating that the struggle will continue until “freedom is achieved and the occupation is expelled.”

PFLP-GC Secretary General: The end of the Israeli regime is near

Talal Naji, Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command (PFLP-GC), expressed his deep sorrow over the loss of martyr Sayyed Nasrallah, describing the pain as “immense” for the loss of the Resistance leader.

Naji stressed that those who believe Nasrallah’s martyrdom signifies his defeat are mistaken, emphasizing, “Those who knew him closely understand that he always sought martyrdom.”

He affirmed that Hezbollah’s fighters, whom Sayyed Nasrallah nurtured and trained, will continue along his path. He also reiterated the steadfastness of the Axis of Resistance, noting that Sayyed Nasrallah believed the end of the “usurping entity” was near.

PRC: A blazing torch lighting the path to liberation

The Palestinian Resistance Committees and their military wing, the Al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades, also mourned Hezbollah Secretary-General martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

They described Sayyed Nasrallah as the “jewel and crown of the Resistance” and a beacon guiding the path to liberation. His martyrdom, the committees stated, places him alongside other great martyrs lighting the way toward freedom.

The committees emphasized that Sayyed Nasrallah’s martyrdom will ignite the flame of “holy revenge” on the walls of al-Quds, a city he tirelessly worked to liberate from Israeli occupation. They extended condolences to the Lebanese people, the Islamic Resistance in Hezbollah, and all freedom fighters for the loss of a leader who was steadfast in his promise to stand by Gaza.

Reflecting on decades of Resistance, the committees reiterated that assassinations by the Israeli enemy have never resolved battles or led to strategic victories. Instead, they inspire greater determination among fighters to continue the struggle. The martyrdom of Sayyed Nasrallah, they affirmed, solidifies the righteousness of the resistance’s path and the deep commitment to sacrifice.

Al-Mujahideen Movement pledges continued Resistance

The Palestinian al-Mujahideen Movement expressed deep sorrow and solidarity following the assassination of martyr Sayyed Nasrallah in an Israeli raid on Beirut’s Southern Suburb.

The movement extended condolences to Hezbollah, the Lebanese people, and Resistance supporters worldwide. It emphasized that Sayyed Nasrallah’s martyrdom, along with other Hezbollah fighters, reinforces the unity of the Resistance and highlights the shared destiny of defending al-Quds and supporting the Palestinian cause.

Praising Hezbollah’s unwavering support for Palestine, the statement commended the leadership and sacrifices of the group’s fighters, who have stood firm against Israeli aggression and regional conspiracies.

The al-Mujahideen Movement vowed that “Israel” would face severe consequences for its continued crimes against Palestinians, the Lebanese, and the wider region. They affirmed that the blood of the martyrs, including Sayyed Nasrallah’s, would strengthen the Resistance and hasten the end of the Israeli occupation.

PLO

The leadership of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) factions in Lebanon also mourned the martyrdom of Sayyed Nasrallah. The PLO factions strongly condemned the attack, accusing “Israel”, which enjoys full US support, of trying to drag the region into a full-scale war to impose control over Arab nations and eliminate the Palestinian cause.

The PLO’s executive body also mourned martyr Sayyed Nasrallah and the civilians killed in the Israeli aggression, urging an end to the Israeli wars of genocide on the Palestinian and Lebanese people.
