Ten Palestinians were killed and 65 others injured in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip within 48 hours, as hundreds of thousands of people marched through London to mark three years of Israel’s genocide.
Gaza’s Health Ministry announced on Saturday that the casualties had been brought to hospitals across the enclave amid continuing Israeli airstrikes, artillery shelling and gunfire despite the ceasefire agreement.
Six Palestinians were killed on Saturday alone, including one who succumbed to injuries sustained in an earlier attack.
Four Palestinians were killed when an Israeli drone targeted a group of people near Haider Roundabout in Gaza City’s Al-Rimal neighborhood. They were identified as Muath Hassouna, Alaa Abu Amr, Ahmad Abu Amra and Mohammed Arhaim.
In a separate attack, 44-year-old Mohammed Walid al-Nakhala was killed when an Israeli drone struck a group of Palestinians on Yaffa Street in northeastern Gaza City.
In southern Gaza, Musa Abu Dan died from injuries sustained during an Israeli attack on the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis on Friday.
A Palestinian woman was also wounded by Israeli gunfire in the Al-Satar Al-Sharqi area east of Khan Yunis, while another Palestinian was injured in Al-Mawasi, west of Rafah.
Attacks across Gaza
Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire north of Khan Yunis as Israeli naval vessels fired toward the city’s coastline and helicopters attacked areas to the east.
In central Gaza, Israeli forces opened fire northeast of the Bureij refugee camp and targeted Palestinian homes east of the Maghazi refugee camp. Israeli artillery also shelled areas east of Deir al-Balah.
Artillery fire struck the eastern areas of Gaza City’s Al-Tuffah and Al-Shujaiya neighborhoods, while Israeli forces fired heavily east of the city and launched illumination flares into the sky.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israel has killed 1,481 Palestinians and injured 5,254 others since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025.
The bodies of another 836 Palestinians have been recovered from beneath the rubble during the same period.
The ministry said Israel’s genocide has killed 74,370 Palestinians and injured 175,371 others since October 2023.
March in London
As Palestinians were being killed in Gaza, hundreds of thousands of protesters filled central London to mark three years of genocide and demand comprehensive British sanctions against Israel.
The march began at Embankment and proceeded toward Downing Street, where the British prime minister’s office is located.
Participants carried Palestinian flags and signs reading “Israel Targets Children,” “Free Palestine” and “Stop the Genocide.”
The Palestine Solidarity Campaign said more than 250,000 people had joined the demonstration by 3:40 pm local time.
“We demand our government sanction the whole state of Israel and implement a full arms embargo,” the organization said.
“After 3 years Israel continues to commit genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza,” it added.
The Metropolitan Police directed the march along Victoria Embankment, Westminster Bridge, York Road, Waterloo Bridge and the Strand before it reached Whitehall for the main rally.

Arrests over Palestine Action
Police said several people were arrested during the demonstration, including a man and a woman carrying placards that officers claimed expressed support for Palestine Action.
The British government banned Palestine Action under the Terrorism Act on July 5, 2025, after members of the organization entered a Royal Air Force base and spray-painted two military aircraft.
The designation has since led to thousands of arrests involving people accused of supporting the organization, including protesters carrying signs opposing Israel’s genocide and expressing solidarity with Palestine Action.
