Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that deploying European troops to Ukraine would mean war with Russia. Speaking in New Delhi, Putin accused European leaders of pushing their countries toward confrontation with Moscow and blamed NATO expansion and Western policies for the Ukraine crisis. His warning comes as the Coalition of the Willing considers plans for a multinational force in Ukraine following a potential ceasefire.
