Urgent!: Booker Ngesa Omole has reportedly been kidnapped by state forces in Kenya

Booker Ngesa Omole has reportedly been kidnapped by state forces in Kenya. This was not a lawful arrest with due process. According to public statements from the Communist Party Marxist Kenya, he was abducted, severely beaten, tortured, and then dumped at Mlolongo Police Station, a facility long feared by poor and politically active communities and associated with extrajudicial violence.

His injuries reportedly include a broken tooth and a deep cut to his finger. His phone signal was traced to the station. If these reports are accurate, this represents a grave violation of human rights and an escalation of repression against organized political opposition and the working-class movement.

Here’s what we can do:

Demand proof of life, immediate medical care, and full legal access. Demand transparency about the circumstances of his detention and accountability for any abuse.

Contact the National Police Service–Kenya on X at @NPSOfficial_KE, @PoliceKe, and @APSKenya, and on Facebook at facebook.com/nationalpolice. Tag human rights organizations.

Regardless of political alignment, no state should be allowed to abduct and torture its citizens without consequence.

Silence only enables abuse.
