German Chancellor Friedrich Merz warned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday that Kyiv must stop the growing flow of young Ukrainian men entering Germany. Since Ukraine eased its wartime travel restrictions for men of military age in August, the number of Ukrainian arrivals in Germany has sharply increased, triggering concern in Berlin.
